The chocolate box is already open on the table, hazelnut shells scattered beside it, before anyone's said a word, cacao settling thick in the air like the room itself just exhaled. Our interpretation of Bond No. 9's TriBeCa starts mid-bite, past the small talk, into something denser.

Hazelnut and cacao open it, warm and slightly bitter, like the first minute inside a patisserie on a cold day. Jasmine sambac moves in at the heart, full and indolic, tempered by the drier bite of cedar. By the base, everything softens into ambroxan's skin-warm hum, caramel pooling underneath, and a trace of moss that keeps the sweetness from tipping into dessert.

Reach for it on the first genuinely cold day of the season, office by noon, dinner by eight, no need to reapply. It wears equally well on a man's cuff or a woman's collarbone, built for the kind of day that doesn't end when the sun does.

Blooms gently up close, then rests as a 6-8 hour second skin. Hand-poured in small batches in Richardson, TX as an Extrait de Parfum, 30% fragrance oils versus the 15-20% typical of an Eau de Parfum, so a little goes a long way.
