Shipping policy

Amir Scent Bar, part of Amir Oud Fragrance, ships every order from Texas, USA. We pack each one with care so it arrives safely, accurately and on time.

Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • During peak seasons and holidays, allow up to 2 extra business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping in the United States

  • We ship to eligible U.S. destinations. Available services depend on the destination and order contents.
  • Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying orders of $79 or more. Alaska, Hawaii, international destinations, expedited services and restricted shipments are excluded.
  • Standard Shipping usually arrives in 3–5 business days. Depending on your state and the method you choose, delivery can take 1–6 business days.
  • You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

For qualifying orders to eligible U.S. destinations, Standard Shipping options start at $8.85 for orders under $49, $4.85 for orders from $49 to $78.99, and free Standard Shipping for orders of $79 or more. Alaska, Hawaii, international destinations and expedited services are excluded from these rates.

Checkout confirms eligibility, available services and the final charge based on your address, order contents and applicable discounts. Rates for other destinations and services are calculated at checkout.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Past destinations include Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Oman, Germany, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, the UAE and Brazil.

  • Prices are set in U.S. dollars (USD). You can view them in your own currency with the currency picker. Your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
  • You are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees.
  • USPS international delivery can take 30 days or more and has no guaranteed date. UPS or FedEx is faster and may cost more.
  • International orders can't be canceled once shipped. If a package is refused, return shipping fees are charged to you.
  • International sales are final, except where local law gives you the right to return an order (see our Refund Policy).

Delivery problems

  • Delayed or lost package: check your tracking link or contact the carrier.
  • Wrong address: please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
