Return and Refund Policy – Amir Scent Bar

At Amir Scent Bar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and fair return process.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Custom-made fragrances, gift cards, and final sale items are non-returnable

Return Fees

  • A $5 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our return label

  • A 5% restocking fee (or $5 minimum) applies to all returns

  • You may return the item using your own shipping method if you prefer

How to Start a Return

You can request a return using one of the following options:

    Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return

Once your return is authorized, we will send you return instructions and a discounted shipping label (optional). Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible. We'll resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at scentbar@amiroud.com.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
