Walk-ins are always welcome. But if your time matters, a booking gets you straight to your perfumer the moment you walk in.

First come, first served If there are guests ahead of you, you wait your turn. On busy weekends, that can be a few groups.
The wait is not bad Browse the collection, explore the scents. But longer waits do happen, and we want to be upfront about that.
