How to Request a Return from Amir Scent Bar

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you can easily request a return through your Amir Scent Bar account.

What You’ll Need

  • Your order number

  • The email address used during checkout

If you created an account when placing your order, you can simply log in — no need to re-enter your order info.

Step-by-Step: How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your account
    Go to:

  2. View your orders
    Click on the order that includes the item you want to return.

  3. Click "Request Return"
    If your order is eligible, you will see a Request Return button.

  4. Select items and reason

    • Choose the product(s) you wish to return

    • Select a reason for the return

    • You may include an optional note

  5. Submit your return request
    You’ll receive a confirmation email. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

  6. Follow return instructions
    If your return is approved, we will send:

    • A return shipping label (optional — a $5 flat fee will be deducted from your refund if used)

    • Instructions on how to properly return your item

Return Policy Summary

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Custom-made fragrances

    • Final sale items

    • Gift cards

  • A $5 return shipping fee and a 5% restocking fee (or $5 minimum) may apply

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
