1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • During peak seasons and holidays, processing may take up to 2 additional business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

All orders ship from Texas, USA.

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3–5 business days.

  • Local USA Shipping: Transit time is 1–6 business days depending on your state and selected method.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination.

  • The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. U.S. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship throughout the contiguous United States.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. International Shipping

Amir Scent Bar (part of Amir Oud Fragrance) proudly ships worldwide. Past destinations include Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Oman, Germany, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Brazil, and more.

Important notes for international customers:

  • All orders ship from Texas, USA.

  • Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). Your bank may show a different rate depending on your local currency.

  • International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees upon arrival. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Some countries impose restrictions on certain substances or products. Please review your country’s import guidelines. Customs holds or fees caused by such restrictions are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Delivery times vary. USPS international shipments may take 30+ days and do not guarantee delivery dates. For faster or guaranteed services, UPS or FedEx may be used, though additional fees may apply.

Order cancellation:

  • Once international orders have shipped, we cannot cancel them.

  • Refusing delivery or not accepting packages may result in return fees that will be billed to the customer.

  • International sales are final.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed or Lost Packages: Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need further help, contact us.

  • Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
