Amir Scent Bar Return and Exchange Policy

At Amir Scent Bar, we strive to provide you with the best products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Products must be in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of arrival date or 14 days of the purchase date whichever is longer. 

Non-returnable Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Return Process:

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back the items.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges
