Amir Scent Bar Return and Exchange Policy

At Amir Scent Bar, we strive to provide you with the best products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • Returns accepted for 14 days
  • $5 flat rate return shipping will be dedcuted from the total refund amount. 
  • 5% restocking fee
  • No final sale items

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Otherwise, the Return will be canceled.
  • Products must be in the original packaging.
  • $5 or 10% restockign fee. Whichever higher based on the product condition upon recieving. 
  • Returns must be made within 10 days of arrival date or 14 days of the purchase date whichever is longer. 
  • Customer is responsible to Return the product. However, Amir Scent Bar will issue you a discounted return shipping label and detuc that from the Refund amount. The fee fo the Return Shipping Label is discounted at: $5 and Amir Scent Bar will pay the additinal fee. 

Non-returnable Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Final Sale items
  • First Shipping Fee
  • Return Shipping Fee

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back the items.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • If the item has been dispatched and the Return / Refund request is made after shipping then the orignal Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless Amir Scent Bar chooses to cover this charge at our discounted return shipping label of $5.

2. Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Products must be in the original packaging.
  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Exchange Process:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at scentbar@amiroud.com.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  • Our team will review your request and provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions on how to send back the items.

Replacement Items:

  • Once we receive and inspect the items to be exchanged, we will send out the replacement items within 5 business days.
  • If the replacement item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative options.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email] within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
  • Our team will review the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
