A tea room on a grey morning, whisk still resting in the bowl, the milk pitcher warm to the touch.

Matcha tea and mate come up green and slightly bitter, cut by green apple and bergamot. The bitterness rounds off fast: oat, milk and vanilla thicken the middle, with praline and coffee darkening the sweetness. Hours later it is musk and sandalwood over quiet amber, patchouli and vetiver.
