1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days.

  • During peak seasons and holidays, processing may take up to 2 additional business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Transit Times

  • All orders ship from Texas, USA.

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3 to 5 business days.

  • Local USA Shipping: Transit time is 1 to 6 business days, depending on your state and method chosen.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Rates are based on order weight and destination.

  • The cost will be displayed at checkout before purchase is completed.

4. U.S. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to the contiguous United States.

  • Amir Scent Bar is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

5. International Shipping

Amir Scent Bar proudly ships worldwide. Past destinations include Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Oman, Germany, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Brazil, and more.

Important Notes:

  • All orders ship from Texas, USA.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Banks may apply different exchange rates.

  • Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees.

  • Delivery times vary. USPS international shipments may take 30+ days with no guaranteed date. UPS or FedEx may be used for faster service, but extra charges may apply.

  • Once shipped, international orders cannot be canceled. Refused packages may result in return fees billed to the customer.
