Scent creation session

Your journey begins here. Book a one-on-one session with our perfumer — online or in person at our Richardson, TX boutique. We listen closely, understand your vision, and craft a direction for your fragrance. You receive 3 to 5 samples (5 ml or 10 ml each), shipped to you, with a follow-up and one revision included.

What is included in the $89 scent creation session?▾
Your session includes a one-on-one conversation with our perfumer (online or in person), the creation of your desired scent, 3 to 5 samples of 5 ml or 10 ml each, shipping of your samples, follow-up support, and one revision.
Can I book a session online or does it have to be in person?▾
Both options are available. You can meet our perfumer in person at our Richardson, TX boutique, or conduct your session remotely from anywhere.
Will my appointment time be confirmed automatically?▾
No — the date and time you select during online booking is a placeholder. All appointments are confirmed manually by our perfumer. We will reach out to you after your booking to arrange the actual session time.
What if I want to create more than one scent?▾
If you are working on multiple scents or launching a fragrance line, our multi-scent project fee of $275 covers up to 3 scent creations, including all sessions, samples, shipping, and revisions. This fee is required in advance before work begins.
What is the minimum order?▾
Fifty bottles per fragrance for standard packaging. Printed bottles typically start at 100 units; custom colored glass from 400 units.
Can you design my fragrance label?▾
Yes — we offer in-house label and packaging design, or we can work with your existing designer.
How fast can I launch?▾
Timeline depends on project complexity. Standard glass with approved artwork typically launches in 8 to 10 weeks. Custom glass, specialty finishes, or multi-scent projects can extend to 12 weeks or more.
How long does the process take?▾
Average timeline is 8 to 12 weeks. Simpler projects with standard packaging can move faster; complex projects with custom glass or multiple scents will take longer. Your perfumer will give you a specific estimate at consultation.
Can I own my formula?▾
Yes, for bespoke projects. Formula ownership and exclusivity terms are clearly defined in your quote.
Do you provide labels and boxes?▾
Yes — we can supply labels, printing, and luxury boxes. You may also send your own packaging.
Do you ship retail-ready?▾
Yes. Bottles are filled, labeled, and packed. Batch codes and quality checks are included as standard.
Do you offer dropshipping?▾
Yes — we can connect your online store with our shipping platform and fulfill orders under your brand as sales come in.
What payment terms do you offer?▾
A deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due before fulfillment. We can align payments with project milestones.
