Nougat and hazelnut open sweet and toasted, with green apple keeping the sugar in check. Plum darkens the heart, cinnamon warms it, and Bulgarian rose threads through the middle. The base is broad and boozy: bourbon vanilla, oak, amber and sandalwood.
